Využití slámy jako stavebního materiálu

The main objective of this work is to design a building, which is mainly made of wood and straw. The building layout is designed in accordance with applicable regulati-ons and norms. Composition of individual structures and review of their suitability for the given purpose are included in the thesis. Construction process of the object, continu-ity of individual works and specifics of the material are shown afterwards. Thesis shows history of the straw houses, their properties and demands for these houses. In this work are described types of wood constructions, which are suitable for buildings with straw insulation. There are also described benefits of straw, its utilization and processing for used types of insulation.
